The Reserve at Wackena Grand Opening Zoom Lottery Event
Due to the overwhelming response to The Reserve at Wackena lottery, and the current executive order, we will be holding the lottery via Zoom.

Wednesday, May 19th at 4:00 PM Zoom
Lots to be released: 401, 403, 410, 422**Not all plans and structural options fit on all lots.
Please be prepared with your lot preference, should you be chosen.
Lottery Event Rules
To participate in the lottery event, please follow these guidelines carefully:
- You must RSVP to receive the Zoom invitation. Agents who RSVP for their clients must include clients name in RSVP.
- You must provide a prequalification letter on the day of the lottery, should you be chosen. To get prequalified, please contact any of our preferred lenders. For a list of our lenders CLICK HERE.
***All incentives are only offered if using one of our preferred lenders and attorney. - Only one entry allowed per household. The name on the RSVP must match the name on the prequalification letter and purchase agreement. Also, due to a limited number of users at one time, only one device can log in to the Zoom meeting per entry.
- If your name is chosen, you must sign a Purchase Agreement within 48 hours after the lottery and be prepared to put down a 5% deposit.
