2022 Triangle Parade of Homes Recap

Caruso Homes was honored and thrilled to take part in the Triangle Parade of Homes!  This years' Triangle Parade of Homes was held on October 1st-2nd, 7th-9th & 14th-16th.

This free event is held annually and open to the public to tour and view the newest homes and communities within the Triangle.

The Parade of Homes is one of the best ways to explore the area for the newest homes for sale in the area or just a great way to learn more about the newest home décor and technology trends in the home building industry.

Caruso Homes’ 2022 entry was for our newest townhome community, The Parc Townes at Wendell, in Wake County, NC. 

The Parc Townes at Wendell, a luxury garage townhome community featuring 75 homes with wooded privacy and views of the Wendell Country Club Golf Course. Our townhomes and model are currently under construction but will include 3 stories, with 2 car garage, open concept throughout and 3-4 bedrooms depending on floor plan. These townhomes can be upgraded to include a finished recreational room on the lower level or add a third floor loft and balcony.
