Caruso Homes is expanding our sales team and looking for highly motivated and dedicated new home Sales Managers to join our team in Anne Arundel, Prince Georges, Calvert and Charles counties.  Responsibilities include:  prospect new leads; demonstrate and lead tours of model home; assist customer with selection of home site, house plan and structural options; prepare contracts and paperwork accurately and completely; assist customer with loan application and obtain deposits; generate competitive market analysis; partner with production team to work through construction related issues; perform general on-site administrative functions and maintain long-term relationships with buyers.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Energetic people-person with positive motivation who is willing to work weekdays and weekends with two weekdays off per week
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a complex and professional environment
  • Ability to read and interpret site and building plans (not required to be candidate will train the right person)
  • Strong analytical and customer service skills with a positive attitude
  • Passionate about customer service and enjoys constant interaction with customers
  • Highly self-motivated with a warm, friendly and engaging personality
  • Excellent oral and written skills

Caruso Homes is expanding our production team and looking for highly motivated and dedicated candidates to join our team.  We are seeking experienced Community Construction Managers for new home job sites in Prince Georges, Anne Arundel, Charles and Calvert Counties.

   

Responsibilities include management of all aspects of the construction of single-family and/or townhomes including coordination of trades, review budgets, scheduling and ensuring building codes/quality standards are being met. Must be production-oriented, able to manage 10-15 homes at a time, with ability to resolve issues and adapt quickly to manage delays and meet construction deadlines.

Caruso Homes is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Construction Manager to oversee building operations at new home job sites in Raleigh, Cary and Fuquay Varina.  Excellent pay, benefits and growth potential.  Experience in purchasing, subcontracts, Sage and BuilderMT is a plus.

Caruso Homes of North Carolina is seeking an experienced Production Assistant/Punch Out and Service Technician for new home job sites in the Raleigh/Durham area.  Responsibilities include assisting the Production Manager with drywall repair, light carpentry and carpentry punchwork.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands on experience with drywall repair, light carpentry and punchwork
  • Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and site plans
  • Team player attitude and willingness to learn are essential
  • Pick-up truck required
 

EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ Years field experience
 

REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

  • Drivers license and adequate insurance coverage on your personal vehicle.   Note:  To hold this position, you will be required to use your personal vehicle to haul material, tools and equipment around and between each project. Should the employee’s license or insurance be revoked, your position at Caruso Homes would be terminated. In return for using your personal vehicle on-site, you will receive a car allowance.
