On January 12th Zillow.com released their predictions for the 2023 Hottest Housing Market.  Charlotte, NC landed in the #1 spot!  Charlotte offers the best of all worlds with flourishing industry, top colleges, national sports teams, great schools, gorgeous lakes, and the mountains & beach only a short drive away.

With this offering, the prediction indicates Charlotte will maintain or continue its home value growth.  With a lower-than-average cost of living, a mild climate with the traditional seasons, and culinary variety, it is not surprising that Charlotte was in the top 10 fastest growing cities in the U.S. in 2022 and is predicted to top the 2023 hottest housing market list from Zillow.
