New Home Sales Consultant - On Your Lot Sales

Qualifications & Responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential homebuyers, providing exceptional service throughout their homebuying journey.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our new home offerings, showcasing the unique features and benefits of each property.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand clients' needs, preferences, and budgets, then recommend homes that align with their goals.
  • Site Tours: Conduct informative and engaging tours of model homes and communities, highlighting key selling points.
  • Contract Negotiation: Guide clients through the sales process, explaining contracts, pricing, and financing options.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support and assistance to buyers, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of the sales team.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions, contracts, and customer communications.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role (real estate sales experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Client-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
  • Real estate licensing may be required depending on local regulations (we can assist with this).
